Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling
Individual therapy (sometimes called “psychotherapy” or “counseling”) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Family Counseling
Family Counseling
Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy is often short term. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times.
Couples Counseling
Couples Counseling
It may differ from other forms of relationship counseling in various regards including its duration. Short term counseling may be between 1 and 3 sessions whereas long term couples therapy may be between 12 and 24 sessions. Couples therapy is more about seemingly intractable problems with a relationship history, where emotions are the target and the agent of change.
Coparenting Counseling
Coparenting Counseling
Coparenting after separation or divorce is rarely easy. And the quality of the relationship between coparents can have a strong influence on the mental and emotional well- being of children, and the incidence of anxiety and depression. Coparenting counseling can help give your child(ren) the stability, security, and close relationships with both parents that they need.
Group Counseling
Group Counseling
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Group therapy is sometimes used alone, but it is also commonly integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan that includes individual therapy.
